Wow, I've been away from my Grand Prix jukebox project for two months now. In the meantime I restored a 1975 Williams Satin Doll. Check it out.
Tonight I examined how the Grand Prix lighting works (or doesn't). There are three fluorescent bulbs, each with a ballast and starter. I found several starters rolling around in the bottom of the box. At some point in the past, one of the ballasts melted and its supply line was cut. I've begun to remove it. The other ballast matches this one and has a sticky streak running beneath it. Although it works, I'll replace it too. Meltdown! Functional but...

I have the same jukebox and will be tackling a similar 'clean it up' project. Keep your updates coming!
