Don't have an actual cap checker. Do have Fluke meter to check them out of circuit. Do have an O scope. The caps are no more than 1 1/2 years old. I will put up a few pics. Thanks

Hi Ken,
You are going to need to "search"-- look for poor solder joints --caps "SHOULD-outta" be OK ? But sometimes new ones fail ! Ron Rich
