Good afternoon
I know this is a long shot but hoping you have a thought on what I could do.
I live in South Dakota with little to no access to service and I have an issue that I have encountered since I had movers bring my jukebox from one house to another. I ended up being in the hospital over the move so I was unable to supervise how the jukebox was handled. The tonearm on the jukebox is basically locked in a position left of the turntable. It is like it will move over to the record but it stops short and will not move further.
If there is any advice you can offer or suggestions on what I could do I would greatly appreciate it.
Thank you so much for your time.

Easy "fix"-- Play a record-- while it's playing turn power off. Gently lift back of the tone arm up just high enough that you can put the needle down, some where near the center of the record. Turn power on--it's "fixed"-- NEXT time READ our FAQ's section prior to, letting anyone move your phono ! Hope you are feeling better ! Ron Rich
