hey guys i have a 3400 that seems to have no power to the latch ckt. i have ordered a manual but i wonder if anyone knows of common problems with this? i have yet to throw a meter on it while i wait for the wiring diagram....i havent checked the coin ckt breaker but i doubt that is it....any suggestions? free play button doesnt do anything either....it is like tho whole write in ckt is bad. i can flip a pin and turn the motor on the bottom of the mech and the mech will go and play the record and return it to the basket. i see that the coin unit is stuck but i'll fix that later.......I've only been fixing jukeboxes for 32 years so be easy on me lolol

i can flip a pin and turn the motor on the bottom of the mech and the mech will go and play the record and return it to the basket. I am having this issue exactly - I can make a selection; however, it doesn't appear that the bottom mech part fully engages to pop up a pin on the selector. I can manually press it and everything works fine. Just wondering as jumping off point what items to check out/replace first :/

You should not be "pressing pins" on a 3200-- If you are releasing the pin, do so very carefully so as not to damage or, knock off the spring-- Your two models are almost identical, in the selection system, ONLY, so the same questions apply to you also. -- Ron Rich

hey Ron! yeah we've done business before! we have mostly stopped fixing this era of jukebox because it usually turns into a restoration which the boss likes to avoid......but it looked fairly together so here we go....ya i was gonna check that switch but it had 2 blown fuses to start with....3a....i think it was the 34 volts or something....can't remember. if i get a chance i will try shooting it next week....it does seem that there is no power to that circuit! I'm glad you are still around man as we are a dying breed!!
