No, I don't see the pictures either (Firefox). If the outer case of the DIN socket is the cause of the hum, it might be easier to isolate it from the chassis using a plastic or PVC insulation disc and either plastic screws and nuts or insulate the metal ones. Or even remove the DIN socket temporarily as a first check?
