Greetings,
I'd like to run two Polk MC80 8" speakers to my 250w Rowe amp. I'd simply like to run the wires from both speakers to the taps in my jukebox.
Can I run the (+) speaker wire from both speakers to the E3 or E4 tap and the (-) wire from both speakers to the E1 tap without damaging the amp?
I had planned to move the jukebox speaker wire from the E7 tap to the E5 tap with this configuration, watch the amp overload lights and make adjustments from there. If I do this, is this running a "parallel" speaker connection?
I can't find affordable, great sounding 70v speakers thus the move to 8-ohm.
Thanks!

Do you have the service manual for this phono--speaker connections are clearly shown in it-- for the most part-- avoid using E-7. Drop the cabinet speakers down to E-6 or less-- set the remotes anywhere you want them. Use E-1 ON BOTH terminal strips as the "ground connection" for each remote speaker Ron Rich

Your feedback is fast, accurate and very helpful! Thanks!

I think it's "in words"-- search the manual for speaker set-up---Ron Rich
