You have good part #' there on all the "Q"'s-- MPS A56 and MPS A06 are the generic numbers.
The ZD's-- look em up in NTE, or where-ever you plan to purchase them ( I dono why you wood change them ?)
CR 5 +---- once again--why change them ?? Generic diodes--1N4004 should do--
