1015 selection issue question

I have an original 1015. Records 1-18 work fine. However 19-24 do not. I hear the click in the control box when the button is pressed, however the pin bank never clicks back indicating that scanning for the selection has started. I wiggled the plugs going into the box without effect.
There hasn't been any significant change to cause this. All the selections worked a couple weeks ago, last night I turned it on and they wouldn't play.

Meter the keyboard switch ladder circuit, starting at #18-it's most likely not "resetting"--- Ron Rich
