Rowe Ami R94. Error 12

We are new to the jukebox world. Our jukebox was working fine-adding quarters to play. The quarters started getting jammed and now I have Error 12. I believe it has to do with the coin mechanism. We are trying to put it in free play however it keeps going back to error 12.
