Brian... did you get this sorted out? In the I-never-throw-anything-away category, I was cleaning my shop today and found two Kulka #241 120V 100W flashers just like the ones in the photo above. These came decades ago on a (non-jukebox application) lamp cord and I cut them out because I didn't want the lamp flashing. I believe they still work. There is enough wire coming out of each side to splice onto them. Lemme know if you're interested.

There is enough wire coming out of each side to splice onto them. Lemme know if you're interested. I did order and install the traffic light circuit board and it worked perfectly. When I took those flashers out I had to drill the rivets on them so I could preserve as much of the lamp wires as possible. I saw no obvious reason that they weren't working but there was no turning back at that point.
