MM-4 capacitor identification

Brian... did you get this sorted out? In the I-never-throw-anything-away category, I was cleaning my shop today and found two Kulka #241 120V 100W flashers just like the ones in the photo above. These came decades ago on a (non-jukebox application) lamp cord and I cut them out because I didn't want the lamp flashing. I believe they still work. There is enough wire coming out of each side to splice onto them. Lemme know if you're interested.

I did order and install the traffic light circuit board and it worked perfectly. When I took those flashers out I had to drill the rivets on them so I could preserve as much of the lamp wires as possible. I saw no obvious reason that they weren't working but there was no turning back at that point.
