Looks like I'm having to drive in/out the roll pin a few times to disassemble/reassemble the gripper assembly till I get this problem resolved. Just in case I break something in the process, the gripper arm part number on a 425 is 34322-3 and on a 437 its 34322-5. Would that be considered the same part and be able to be used as a replacement part? Checking before it happens so I know how to proceed. Would all other parts associated with this be identical?
Thanks Tony

Took it apart yesterday afternoon and put it back together, and it was worse than before. would not properly pick up the record to put it back in the magazine. Problem was a small ridge around where the roll pin was. Took care of that and back to same issue. Took it apart again just a short time ago and pulled the spring apart some more and verified it slid easily and with force. The results are below.
Thanks EVERYBODY for the assistance!
Next issue is why when the record starts to play I hear the two tracks on the record not synced.... Your love is lifting me higher(very low volume) then the same line at normal volume. Like an echo. Just throwing it out there, have to clean all connections and stuff and maybe anew needle, etc.

Sounds like it's the stylus, it's blunt and is playing the groove it should be playing and part of the one next to it at the same time. A new one will cure it before the old one ruins your records.

New stylus/needle ordered yesterday from Needles4jukeboxes. Thanks again for all the help, my knowledge of working on jukeboxes is growing exponentially.
I'll be 60 in November, so only another 50 to 60 years and I will know all I need to know about how to fix jukeboxes, lol!

Holy Crap! I never realized the difference replacing the needle would make. I just got the needle in the mail today, and swapped it out and it sounds great! Thanks again everybody for leading me in the right direction!!
