Your details like "Bo/AC Model 3600" and BO/AC 555 confirm this.
So the manual for technical equipment would be the one for Wurlitzer 3600 built in the same year.
From what I know the serial numbers for US Wurlitzer are not "coded" to get the date or year of manufacturing.
The German Wurlitzer made so at least from a certain date on. But your 7500 is a US Wurlitzer production.
