I’m a relative newbie to problem shooting jukeboxes, and am hoping someone with far greater knowledge of them might be able to help direct me in getting my Mystic 478 fully functioning. I went through the initial steps in the manual to ensure everything was working properly. When it comes to being able to make selections, their doesn’t seem to be any power getting to that part of the machine. There is a flashing LED light on the flasher board, and I haven’t been by able to determine if this has anything to do with the fact that I can’t make selections. Any and all advice is greatly appreciated. Cheers everyone, Kent

Hi Kent, I know next to nothing about RockOla's that "new" but have seen posts which suggest there is an 8 or 9 vdc setting that is extremely critical on them. Do you have the factory service manual--if so you may start there--- Ron Rich

Hi Kent, 9.6V at the pink wire on the power supply. Have you ever had your jukebox working, is this a new problem?
Norman.

Hi Kent, 9.6V at the pink wire on the power supply. Have you ever had your jukebox working, is this a new problem? Norman. Thanks so much for your response…It runs through the 6 designated test plays, and everything sounds and plays fine. My selection board and credit display just doesn’t work. I’ll check the various voltages to see where things are at Kent

Hi Kent, If you cannot establish credit, then you're not going to be able to make selections! Does the profit setter respond to the add and subtract credit buttons? Also you can set the dip switches to enable free play (see manual), does that work? With free play selected, it should display 99 credits (if I remember correctly).
Norman.

Hi Kent First check you have 9.6vdc at the Pink wire, if not, slowly adjust the POT (in centre of power unit) until your volt meter reads 9.6 - Once you establish 9.6vdc is stable, start trouble shooting your Profit setter is functioning and DIP switches have not been altered.
