Electrolytic capacitors

I am getting ready to recap the amp and control center out of an Seeburg HSC-1. The original electrolytic caps are out of spec. I’m wondering if I should replace them with a certain level of quality cap to make sure the sound reproduction isn’t compromised. Appreciate any thoughts. Thank you.

we are not talking precision tolerance but it might be a good idea to check each cap with a meter.
new does not always mean good
