2050 tube in m100a

Is the 2050 only used when the box is using a wallbox? It reads that way in the manual . Trying to find why my juke won't pull the pins in pinbank. I don't have a wallbox . Selecting a song subtracts like it should, but doesn't move the pins. Moving the pins by hand will make it scan and play, and reject at the end and cancels credit like it should. 

2050 never glows and no voltage at plate. I saw a post where someone said it should glow when records reject, but I see no path to plate when wallbox is not present . Oddly H8 will always play when selected. 

Mainly want to know if I can rule out 2050 circuit . Thanks.

No 2050 in the electrical selector circuit. There's a simplified circuit on page 121 of the manual, might your problem either be the NO U&V contacts of the cancel solenoid or the NC X contact of the timing relay?

Thanks, now I can concentrate on the selector and pinbank. After cleaning all the contacts I got it working reliably,
