I need to replace my fuses. I know I need 3 amp, 1 amp and 1.6 amp. 2 questions
Are they 125 volt ?
Could you please tell what fuse goes where, the paint is worn off my fuse box. I don’t know what fuse goes where

If you are performing any sort of work on your machine, my suggestion would be to purchase a service manual. They are available from many suppliers.
If your fuses are really blown, you will need to determine the cause of the failure.
Having said that... 125 volt fuses will work fine (unless your mains are higher).

I don't think there is any way other than opening the power distribution unit and tracing it out against the schematic - unless somebody has a 437 or similar and can check for you. The parts listing just shows six fuses.

Well I'm glad you have a manual, you'd be surprised how many people asking for help don't!
Here's a picture I found of a Rock-Ola 435 Control Box. I think it's pretty much the same as yours.
I'll keep it up for a few days, then take it down after you have a chance to copy it.
