Cd won't play. Just sits spins loudly and puts cd back. I've replace all wires to cdpro with new ones as well as the cdpro itself. I have a video of problem but no way to upload. And help is appreciated,please.

You can always load your video to YouTube, then post the link here.
The most likely fault is the Phillips player, but if you already swapped that out then who knows?
Where is the noise coming from? Is the CD Clamper Plate interfering with the CD's rotation? Two different CD players shouldn't be spinning loudly!
