Find model name and some repair

Hi 
I have a Seeburg jukebox from a pub around 1981
how can I find the model name/number
just searched the internet for a photo but no success (yet)
also it needs 2 new meta hinges which are used to hold the front open, I presume I need the model name to source these hinges
any help appreciated

Your Seeburg is a model SB100 "Magnastar" considered a 1975 or 76 model.

It's common for those hinges to break, and unfortunately finding suitable replacements will be rather difficult.
