Then you probably need to replace the rectifier. Is the AC supply into the rectifier normal?

The voltage is too low at 13V. I'm not clear, is it still low from the power supply when everything is disconnected? Norman Still 13 V when everything is disconnected... 6.7 Volts on chassis! From chassis to earth...Leakage in power supply?

Hi Archie,
Can you give us some further background info - where you are located, the mains supply voltage, does the jukebox have an additional step down transformer etc etc? I don't know how electrically competent you are (feel free to tell us) but it might be an idea to have a qualified electrician look over the installation. Can I also suggest (insist even!) that you do not attempt to connect that machine to a mains supply without some form of earth leakage protection in place.
