Na, this is all on me. I have the original manuals I found in the bottom of several of the Seeburgs I rescued. I scanned them in and reprinted them so I can take notes on them. I skipped a page in scanning it would seem. I'm actually surprised to have found service manuals and not just the installation manuals.

I even have an original Seeburg 33 1/3 auto-speed strobe disc. Not sure why I would need it if the SAS was factory set, but it's cool looking.

Stephen, Nope--Doubt it is "The Original" one ! If it is, it will have instructions for a 33 ASU-1, on it, and nothing else. They included a strobe with every phono ever made, that used an Autospeed. The SAS has two pots on it--ONE is "factory set", and should not be "messed with"--the 2nd one is a "fine tune" pot for speed that "people" like to "mess with" for reasons unknown to me ! Ron Rich

Okay, maybe not "the original" but still factory made. Made of thick cardboard and has TASU and SAS1 instructions on it. Did the strobes go with the sale or were those only available to the distributors? I'd like to find one, or at least know what they look like in case I come across one. I'm guessing my timing lights for cars won't work. Stephen

Okay, I read that. What I meant was did the end user/owner end up with those or did you guys as the distributors keep them when you went out and set up the machines? And yes, it's hot again here.

Stephen, No -- one went WITH, each Auto-speeded phono--or each Autospeed kit, when the kits became an option ! Ron Rich
