My 2410 selector motor continues to run. Never stopping. If I load a record, it will select it and if I cancel, it will return the record but continue to run. Never stops. Its removed from the cabinet sitting on bench with everything connected except coin mechanism Tks Ron

Not quite sure I understand. I know there are switches above the wobble plate, but I’m not sure of a “bypass” switch... Thanks Ron

Ok, I understand now, I know the switches. But it seems I have a counterfeit service manual. The photographs in mine are not nearly as clear as these. My manual looks to be copies of copies. These are much clearer to work with. Did this manual come from Victory Glass? Ron

Ron, You may have a copy of a copy of that manual--originally "borrowed" from AMR/Victory Glass !

Got it resolved. Switch was stuck closed. I’ll order new manual tomorrow. In the meantime, when cancel switch is depressed, the selector crank drops to reset the latch pin, but it’s resetting at the wrong position. Like it’s out of time. I removed the selector assembly from the shaft to or react wobble plate issue, so maybe I allowed something to go wrong. Ron

Ron Ron & Ron, this is where almost all the Wurlitzer stuff I post comes from: www.flickr.com/photos/90641375@N06/45034313545/In summer 1989 this was in a pile of stuff headed for the dumpster as a operator friend's shop was closing on Tenth ave here in Manhattan. In less than 3 years the coin-op industry vanished from that section ahead of a wave of condo's and landlord avarice. RobNYC

Rob, As for the vanishing act--that seams to be the case every-where-- and --yes-- distribs ( and manufactures too), do not want to fix "old stuff"--wanna sell "new"-- Look where that gott'em !! LOL-- Ron Rich
