probably that some transformers switches from 120/220 volt input. Hence those arrows. anyway unit is working great. put that .33/250vac cap between the motor feed lines and no more popping. I think those motors have a cap built in between the windings inside the case and mine either came loose or burnt out. I ordered another used motor and am very happy finally diagnosing this with your help. Great job Ron. Really appreciate your help. When I'm finished dressing it up with some sound effect led's I will send u a pic.

Ok, project completed. my rowe r83 is complete. even added sound sensitive LED's in the front bottom panel around the original lights. Take a look... I paid 50 busks for it at an Estate sale. had no keys but had all 100 45's inside. my first mistake was laying it on its back to get it home and broke 5 of the 45's. Never lay these down unless you remove the carousel. LOL Attachments:
