450 rockola low sound

Good Morning Everyone
I am in ontario canada and currently working on two machines.
I will start with the 450.
I have low sound in both channels.
New stylus.
Checked transistors seemed to be in range with manual by checking ground to case.
Would like to know if there are other voltage points to check?

Hi Frank,
Probably the best place is where these voltages come into the amplifier from the power supply. Unfortunately I have only a poor pdf copy whixh is not really very readable of 450. Do you have a manual, how is your copy?
