Hi All,
"Pipster3" out of Canada, has just built a new replacement cartridge holder, for all wedge carts. used on Seeburgs from the SS-160, model on up.
He sells it on eBay--It is defective on most models, and should be replaced. The original is brittle, and the retainer in the rear, or the one in front, is subject to breaking off,
Many are taped on--- if yours is that way, I suggest changing it ! Ron Rich

He’s only selling them in pairs. I only need one, so if anyone wants to go halves with me on a pair and we each keep one, just let me know.

Guyz, Forewarning !! When you do this DO NOT "MESS WITH" the tone arm wire path, under the tone arm--It is probably "set in it's ways", and will NOT like being changed ! Splice on "up top" if you need to, or use all new wire -- Ron Rich

I’m swapping in a later tonearm cradle and am going to replace the tonearm wiring beforehand. One less thing to go wrong. Same with this little plastic clip. The one on this tonearm I’ve got isn’t broken but since it’s a known trouble spot I’d rather replace it before I do the swap than afterwards.
