I am trying to make some custom classification labels. I am having a hard time nailing down the font to match the original font. So far, the closest match I could find so far is Arial Narrow, 16 size, bold. Close but not quite a perfect match.
Has anyone found a better font?

Yup - maybe Patrick can provide some guidance on appropriate font - I know there is an "eBayer" that sells custom as well - if interesting I could try to find that seller and "mention" here - let me know...

So far, MS Gothic 16 in bold , the one above the original label, is the closest.

Beware of what you buy from pipster3. I bought some peel-and-stick selection letters/numbers from him: www.ebay.com/itm/SEEBURG-JUKEBOX-REMOTE-CONSOLETTE-WALLBOX-SC-1-SELECTION-NUMBERS/202610025889They were printed on an inkjet instead of a laser so he had clear coated them to make them waterproof. The result was the letters flaked off easily and they were extremely difficult to apply without screwing them up. I complained and he agreed to send me water-slide decals instead. He screwed up and sent two copies of half the set and refused to send the other half. I tested the decals and they were even worse because they didn't stick. He has a bit of an attitude too... |
