Newbie here, just acquired an AMI B, am I missing parts?

HI Gang, hope all is well.
I just acquired an original condition AMI Model B.  It has been worked on before (like a decade or two ago), and "Ran when parked" :-) 10 years ago..

Powers up, (lights, turntable spins) but the record changer does nothing at all.  I can hand crank the record changer motors (using the shafts) and everything spins freely.  Not bound up or anything.

I found a very hard to read (9th generation copy)  that references relays.  I traced back to a controller, and it appears (I'm guessing) that the relays are MISSING?  (See photo).  If so, that would certainly explain why it doesn't do anything..

AM I right here, and if so, where could I get replacement relays?

Please read our "posting rules" in the user introductions section, and all stickies (red marked items) in our FAQs and Also in the AMi section--
As for "relays" I don't see any here either--but, what's inside, those black boxes ? "Relays" are probably OK, but the contacts on them may well be "dirty" after sitting all these years ! Ron Rich
