I am having trouble finding 1.5K MF 35v non polarized Caps. can some one help me with this.

Hi Larry,
Iffin you find them, please tell me where I can get them--I "make them" -- two 3.3k's in parallel (+ to +) work fine.

Yep-- You are correct either + to +, or - to - .. Sorry 'bout dat !!

Dumb question maybe but if they're non-polar do they have positive and negative ends?

Not in the ones I've seen - they can be installed in either direction.
