CUT the wires AT THE TERMINAL strip, where they are soldered-- you may then do whatever you'd like with that cap-- which IS an "original", of the alternate brand.

Ron, This just might me the answer I was looking for... I couldn't help but notice that the number of Seeburg Threads ands Posts far exceed the other manufactures listed here. Case and point: Seeburg Total Threads: 981 Total Posts: 8,252 AMI Rowe Total Threads: 290 Total Posts: 2,215 Wurlitzer Total Threads: 313 Total Posts: 2,157 Rock-Ola Total Threads: 302 Total Posts: 2,151 So the damn things blow up unexpectedly.
