As the subject states, my grandmothers R-91 is not displaying any error codes, and also doesn't display song selection, credits, etc. Inputting song selection doesnt work either. Not sure what i can do to fix it, this was her baby and she is very distraught. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!

Hello ninyou,
Sorry but you did not leave a name.
If you have checked the voltages on the power supply (junction box)all three led's must be lit.
On the R-90 & R-91 the keyboard is connected through the display board, if this is faulty then you will not be able to make any selections, do you have credit established?
If you you are unable to do any fault finding my advice is to contact a Rowe Ami specialist or send in your boards for testing/repair.
