Curious if anyone has ordered from Patrick at JukeboxUSA.com lately. I sent a parts order in June and promptly heard back that I'd be advised of cost and shipping the following day and haven't heard back since. Two follow up emails also went unanswered and hopefully all is well with him.

A few months ago I sent an email for tonearm pressure springs and never got an email back, so you're not alone there.

I tried calling yesterday as well and got voicemail so I'm thinking he's away, ill or something along those lines. That said, he seems to be the only one that carries some of the M100C glass coin instruction pieces in maroon and not sure if that is one of the Ken Arnold items he is exclusively distributing through Patrick. I'm not crazy about the red ones from VG and would rather have maroon. Sigh...

Received a call a bit ago and all is well with Patrick. I'll be getting my parts order soon which includes what hopefully will be much better coin glass pieces. I've heard that the Ken Arnold reproduction pieces are the best around.
