We've had a few coin op machines with these types of keys but not many. Actually I think it was a Packard wallbox and perhaps something Rockola. Buckley used them too, probably on trade stimulators. I believe the older Rock-Ola machines used then as well. I never knew the correct name if there is one. Does anyone know? I just called them "funny" keys. Picture below. I have heard them called "Buckley" and "Bell"-- I would assume "Bell" to be proper, as the maker's name was "Bell Lock" ? Ron Rich

Those are mechanical slot machine keys. I call them "worm wiggle" keys. Used on lots of slot machines, Mills in particular, but many brands used them.

Bell locks were used for early AMI's, models A through E; and Rock-Ola's, model 1428.

FWIW, I'd nearly swear keys like this were also used on Duncan-Miller parking meters...I'd havta go dig up the one or two (only) original meter locks I've managed to find over the years to know for sure, but I definitely remember that weird 'squiggle' cut on them even if the blanks are shaped slightly different.
