Hi folks It has been a rainy day here so have had time to work on the AMI WQ200 I have solved some of the faults / problems.
Was wondering if any one could throw any light on what lamps should be fitted & in which positions ? Most of the lamps that were fitted were blown, having looked at them there was a mix of specs, ie the two page lamps were of different one #47 the other #51 The AMI manual does not stipulate what the specs are for the lamps and where they should be fitted. Any suggestions ?

Hi Scuddie, #44, 47, and 51's are basically the same lamp. Other the the brightness difference (and slight, current draw difference) between the 44 & 47, and the globe size of the 51's, they can usually be interchanged. As I understand it --just keep the "heat" away from "plastics"-- Ron Rich

Thanks for the info Ron It had a mix of # 47 #51 #55 in it mostly blown. Have fitted new #47 150 ma through out to be on the safe side. Was surprised that the manual didn't give details of the lamps, & I knew that Seeburg used different spec lamps for different locations in 3w1 and 3wa. Thanks again Scudie
