Hi guys I got great advice from Rob nyc and I sent him a reply thanking him along with another question, when I started cleaning my unit I found a spring disconnected and its attached to the Paul lever pivot arm problem being I dont know where the other end attaches to??? I sent a msg to Rob but dont know if it went thru as I did the same thing with Ron Rich last week but he never got it I seem to be having trouble with sending msg,s also I couldnt greate a post this morning had to sign out and back on a few times before I could write this, anyway can someone tell me where the sring attaches Thanks guys

Bill, Whut "unit" were you cleaning out, and whut "Paul" lever, on whut machine ?

Hi Ron God what a dummy I am The machine is the rock ola 448 I followed Rob nyc advice about what to clean and everything was going great with the cleaning till I noticed the spring was off parts manual calls it the Paul Leaver Pivot I have noticed a small hole under the turntable mounting plate??? iss this where it came off

Bill, Only guess I have if under the turntable is that it is the spring which holds the idler wheel against the motor shaft--? Ron Rich

ron its the rocker arm return spring which is attached to the paul lever pivot arm that also has the push rod rocker arm 160 sel attached to the paul leverpivot arm just cant see where the return spring attaches to from the paul lever arm,as I said I do see a small hole on the metal mech. plate that the turntable sits on???

here are some pictures of the spring first pic shows the spring laying on the push rod which I did to take pic the others are from the parts manual, hopefully someone will know where to attach the spring thanks Bill
