I've spent several hours looking for what I thought would be easy to find - a Microsoft Word (or equiv.) template for printing on pre-printed perforated title strip stock. I bought a package some time ago on eBay, the layout is two across and 10 down on an 8.5 by 11" sheet, and they are called "Laser Title Strips", made by Star Title 1015 Park Ave. Lakewood NJ 08701 - which no longer seems to be in business. I've found the same blank perforated label stock elsewhere but what I haven't been able to find is a template or example that is already set up to print the name and artist information at the correct locations on the page.
I can spend the time to figure it out myself but I figured any number of people would have already been there and done that, and someone would have posted a template online. I've found lots of custom title strip printing programs that make PDFs that can be printed including the graphics, but I can't use them unless there is a way to turn the graphics off.
Thanks for any suggestions!
Bob

I saw this posted on another forum www.n4yza.com/jukebox/jukebox_labels/You would need to set the frame color to FFFFFF (solid white) for pre-printed strips. I haven't tried it so I don't know how well it aligns but if you do, let us know the outcome! Norman.

Hi Bob, Did you read the (red-marked-"pined") sticky, posted above this post ?? I think that answers your questions-- Ron Rich Hi Ron, Yes, that's the first thing I found after you recommended coming to this site, and while it's a great little application, I can't find a way to make it do what I need, which is to print JUST the artist and title and NOT the graphics.
I did try printing a sheet and while it's close, the spacing doesn't line up properly with my preprinted perforated title strip sheets. If there was an option to turn off the graphics I could probably compensate for that in the PDF program, or by converting to another format that would let me make the adjustments before printing.
But! Simplerstripper works perfectly for entering the information and creating the needed PDF with the color set to FFFFFF. Thanks Norman for that suggestion! The spacing is not correct however - I need to increase the top and left margins, and so far I haven't been able to find a way to do that with any PDF print program, and according to some, it's not possible. I've asked a friend who has PDF creation software if it can be done there, but it's looking more likely that I'll just have to create my own template. Anyhow, thanks for the responses.
