CROWLEY, TX I HAVE A MMI THAT EVERTHING WORKS EXCEPT NOT FROM THE BUTTON BOARD. I CAN START IT BY ACRIVATING IT AT THE STOP SWITCH. IT WILL PICKUP THE RECORD, PLAY IT AND RETURN IT. IT STOPS THERE. ACCORDING TO THE BOOK ITS CONTROLLED BY RELAYS K102 & K104. I HAVE CHANGE BOTH WITHOUT RESULTS. THE SCAN CONTROL ASSEMBLY NEVER ACTIVATES.

You "changed both relays--". Didga use the correct relays--and are they good ? What generates the power to activate those relays--see the schematic. Is your service switch in the correct (run, or play, or operate) position, when a selection is made ? Ron Rich
