After some years ago of restoring this machine it may be time to fix this. It does not have the wire coil and parts used in speaker crossovers. The low frequency speakers are fine. I recapped the amp during restoration. Sounds OK but I think it could sound better. I forgot to finish part of the job! (old Age?). The high frequency speaker (Tweeter Horn) has never been in the circuit. The schematic shows the wiring diagram. All of this circuit to the tweeter horn is missing. Unfortunately neither of the manuals I have for this machine show the components or their actual values (wattage) in the parts listing.
I believe the 3.0 MFD capacitor would be a non-polarized capacitor. It has been suggested that the two 5 ohm resistors need to be 10 watt or greater and metal film resistors were suggested. I thought someone might be familiar with this schematic.
