Rock Ola 437 Ultra NEED HELP!

Ok new to the Juke box repair world. I have had a Rock Ola 437 Ultra in our family since I was a kid. Just got the juke box and replaced some fuses. Currently the Gripper arm is locked up and the needle arm as well. I have read a lot about the gears drying up but cant find anything on how to disassemble the gears to free them up! Anyone have some manual info or good video they may have done?
