I just purchased a manual for a 432, if it is similar and has the schematic I'll copy it for you. This particular manual I had to purchase as a hard copy because no PDF copies are available, so I'm still waiting on USPS.

Hi Tim , I have found Jukebox Arcade to be somewhat lacking in all, they offer ( also find them to be rude, if asked a question !)-- Saying that, I am not sure what you want. was ever published ? I would think, that RO published a schematic of all parts contained in all models, but I am not sure. I would advise you to check with the various suppliers listed in our FAQ's section-- Unless someone happens to have a copy of what you want ? Ron Rich

The first thing I ran into when going thru the 435 is that it seems that maybe the lock bar solenoid has been replaced and it seems that there is a capacitor across the coil.
Second the number latch switch seems to have a resistor that is burned out between yellow and black and ground which if i am not mistaken is power waiting to go into the push buttons once the lock bar solenoid is activated.
Nothing that I have shows a capacitor across the coil of the lock bar solenoid or a resistor to ground on the hot side of the number latch switch. Trying to find the value of the resistor to replace it.
Please refer to attached photos

Hi Tim, I can only see one photo of what looks like a ceramic disc cap-- is that what you attempting to find--and where are you looking ? What is the value of that disc ? I don't see the resistor in this photo ? Ron Rich

Here is the second photo of the number latch and letter latch switches as you can see there is a burnt out resistor that connects the hot side of the number switch to ground. Trying to figure out why it would be here and the value of it to replace it. As for the ceramic disc cap there are numbers on it so that would be easy enough to replace (I hope) Is the cap across the coil to assist with the power spike required to actuate the lock bar solenoid?

Boy have I got some unfortunate news for you! Unfortunately the 435 and 432 are nothing like each other even though they are from the same year, so I don't think my schematic would be of any help to you.

I still can't see the resistor--but if you can't see colors, I doubt I can help here-- If you do not answer questions, I can't answer yours either-again, what is the value of that ceramic cap ? Ron Rich

Apologies, Here is a photo of the capacitor. Not sure how to read this one. It appears to read RMC then .02 then 1400V next GMV then Z5U. My knowledge of older caps is very limited. Would the RMC be the manufacturer, with .02 microfarads, 1400 volts, GMV guaranteed minimum value and Z5U being the temp coefficient. Thanks in advance. Tim

Hi Tim, Youz noes more then's you think-- actually--I have NEVER seen a RMC brand, ceramic cap, fail-- I would assume that this one is OK too, and yes--it would be for spark suppression. Ron Rich
