Rock-Ola CD jukebox drops cd's

Anyone know why my juke box is dropping the CD's? It is not everytime, and the gripper seems to be tight enough. but when it cycles at turn on, it will eventually drop one, not on the spindle, and the next time the arm comes down it will break the CD
