I've been wanting to buy an oscilloscope. So far I have got along without one, but on occasion, it sure would come in handy. I'm guessing buy today's terms the Seeburg digital era jukeboxes were not very fast. Meaning I would not have to measure very fast signals. A guy down the road from me has a 50MHz analog scope (GW Instek GOS-653G) for a good price. Would this be good enough to measure anything that I would run into inside a jukebox? Thank You, Lincoln Schmeiser

Hi Lincoln, Are you speaking of the "Audio" or "Digital", operation of Seeburg's ?

I'm mainly interested in the digital signals. Lincoln Schmeiser

Hi Lincoln, I have never used a 'scope on them--but if you are speaking of the "quadribit" system, I seem to remember someone saying "2 nanoseconds" ?? Ron Rich
