Our 1st in home juke is an R 81, ran well till roll pin came out of the trunnian and cam drive gear. Part #106 on mechanism assembly sheet 3. How do I access and replace, please? Seems like there is an order to things that eludes me. What size roll pin? I can send video if it helps. Thanks!

Hello conwayjug,
There is not a roll pin on the gripper bow assembly, there is a roll pin on the camshaft gear (200-14175) that holds it onto the shaft(Trunnion Drive Shaft 200-10791. The Trunnion & Cam Drive Gear is held in place on the shaft with two allen screws.
If you strip down this assembly you will need to perform several adjustments as per your manual in order to get it working correctly.
My advice would be to take it to an engineer that deals with the 1000, 1100 and 1200 mechanism on a daily basis, in order to get it working correctly.
