My 2100 has recently started to Not replace some of the the records automatically after it has finished playing, it keeps spinning the record even though the stylus has followed the run off groove towards the centre, the records in question have been played many times so I presume it's not the record that is at fault, if I press the reject button it stops the record and replace's the record as it should. Any suggestions anything that I can clean / lubricate ? Merry Christmas Paul

Thought I would have a look at it and after removing the top arch trim I could see a small switch that is activated by a mechanical arm linked to the tone arm, slight adjustment to the switch has cured the fault. So far! Am guessing that it will get a fair amount of play over the holidays so I will know for sure by 2020. Cheers Paul

Hi Paul, If you needed to "adjust" the end of record, trip switch, after it has been working for many years--try to find a replacement, as it's on it way "out" ! Only other "solution" I know of is to remove the switch --VERY carefully, "pry it open" and "clean" the contacts-- --- Ron Rich

Good luck, Paul, None ave been available on this side of the pond in at least 40 years-- Might find a junker with the newer type switch & bracket----it can be interchanged, and replacements are still available for it -- Ron Rich
