Victory Glass is first class

I have a unique set up on my 3760 Wurlitzer,  which it will play competitors wall box with a special stepper.  The thing is I couldn't find the installation bulletin, and there is no manual.

I happen to be browsing on Victory Glass and they happened to have this special stepper for sale NOS.  I thought what is the chances that it might have the installation bulletin I am looking for.

I sent an email and got a reply, they said they where doubtful but they would check.  I also offered to pay for it.

This evening I had an email from Victory  Glass  and it had an attachment with exactly what I needed. Wow, what customer service and I have never bought from them, yet.

LOL Denny is the one who help me. He actually emailed me right before their Christmas break, and said to send him another email at the beginning of the new year, and he would check. He came through big time.
