When loading a record onto the platter, my jukebox rotated the gripper arm far past the set down point. The arm is now totally jammed and I am at a loss about what to do. I have applied a fair amount of pressure in an attempt to un-jam it. I have attached some pictures showing this. This happened soon after replacing the pin-block assembly. The platter is off in these pictures. Attachments:

Henry, were you able to find a fix for this? I just picked up this same model today and mine has the same issue. I can see what the issue is. As far as the fix, no clue...

Did you read the above "red pinned sticky" on "grippers" ? I would oil the gripper as stated above-- and attempt to turn the gripper motor in reverse to get the bow in an upward position as described in the sticky. Ron Rich
