I did some research on testing a vacuum tubes. I don't want to spend the big bucks for a mutual continuity tester. I see there are cheaper emission testers which just tell you if they work or not.
For our jukeboxes is the emission testers fine or are there any other options out there which are sufficient. I have seen continuity testing with a multimeter.

Hi Mike, No tester, no mater what the cost will tell you if a tube is good ! Best they can do is tell you if one is not bad ! Best test is to insert it into a machine-- do'z it work ? If so, tube's good--save your $$ Ron Rich

Thanks that seems simple enough and I don't have to buy some specialized which I would rarely use.
