Hi
I Have a Wurlitzer 2400. I recently had the amp rebuilt and all was working well. After playing for a while the "select" buttons no longer work. You push the letter and nothing. Also the select button doesn't light up either. I really don't know anything about these. Could it be a fuse?
Any ideas what is wrong and what needs to be replaced?
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

Yep-- Could well be a "fuse"-- If it has a "playrac" in it, you will see the fuse right on the front of it--check size and type--do not replace with a larger size fuse ! -- are you using coins in this phono to play it ? Ron Rich

no the coin option was turned off. We inherited it from my father in law. Hard time finding someone to repair it in Wisconsin!
Thanks so much for the info. Where would the fuse be located?

Please READ, the "Hi Newbies" and the "How a jukebox works" posts in our FAQ's Section-- There is NO, "coin option". Therefor, if someone has "set that phono on free play", the fuse I was speaking of can be removed, as it's not being used. Do you have the Service Manual ? Ron Rich

I will go to the FAQ sections and read up.
No I don't have a service manual. Do you know where I might be able to find one?
That would probably be helpful in the future.

Any ideas what could be the issue? Just paid a lot of money to get the amp rebuilt. Nothing happens when I push the select buttons.
