Hello, new member here and I ha e a Rockola 426 that never finds the levers in play position. The write-in selects the pins but the wrote out never finds the pin. It hits the connector on the arm and makes a click noise but does not find it? It was working but I took most everything apart to rebuild the box. Any suggestions on where to look. I measured between the pin and the board on the wobble plate and it does make connection to the wiper arms.

The click is the metal sensor hitting the pin I believe.

So I believe that the contacts/switches are clean. I have followed and tested the signal from the pin through the arm to the wobble plate corciot but do not know where it goes after the contacts? Where is the a/b switch and is that where it goes after the write out arm that reads the pins? This is my first Rockola. Not sure where it goes from the arm and it’s contacts.

Do you have the Manual-- if so, that will tell you "where" the A/B switch is, and where it "goes". if you do not have a manual read our FAQ's for a list of suppliers. Also read the FAQ's on contacts, and over-center switches. Ron Rich

I agree with Ron that a manual is required to figure out the system. by the way the A/B switch is at the lower front of the mechanism just to the right of the record carousel, below the service switch. completely remove the speaker panel to access it if you haven't removed it yet. Mark
