I have the volume pot in the back turned up fully but the music should be louder, am I missing an adjustment somewhere for increasing the volume. The machine speaker pad is set to max and speaker matching switch is set for phono only, bass and treble has no effect on volume. Any tips would be appreciated.

Zonie,
Assuming the cart-needles--speakers, are OK-- You need to rebuild the amplifier-- NOW-- as it will only get worse till it destroys the amp.---

Ron I appreciate the fast response.. I realize you're a very busy person, just 2 quick questions in your reply. I've changed all the tubes in the amp except the (4) 6BQ5 in the amp.. Some of the records play louder than others, I'll finish changing out the other tubes and do a cart-needle change..I think the speakers are okay. Thanks again and have a great weekend and stay safe.
