Tempo II ext speakers

Hi everyone. I'm a newbie who has just taken delivery of a fully restored 25th Anniversary Model Tempo 2. I notice it has two spare external speaker connections on the amp. I have installed 2 x 6 ohm ceiling speakers and want to know if it is safe to connect them to my jukebox? I know at low volume it will be ok but if we crank up the volume at a party will the amp be safe?

Hi Sutty,
Depends on what type and impeadence your new speakers are and what the terminals on the amp are marked. Also depends on what the amp is rated for-- this should be in the service manual, for you model ! Ron Rich
