the wheels on my box don't roll very good and scratch the floor. Does anyone have something they use under their box and still be able to move it?

Buy new wheels-- What brand and model phono do you have ? See our FAQ's section for a parts suppliers list--- NOTE: "Plastic" wheels WILL dent hardwood ! You may also try a chair plastic used around a desk ? Ron Rich

Its a seeburg early 60s. The wheels put grooves in the hard wood floor. Its now on tile and I don't want the scratch that. How would you lift it to put new wheels on?

Need to know model # -- different models used different style castors-- If these are the "stick-in" type, and the sockets are good (not too often !), just tilting the cabinet and replacing the wheels usually is easy. Otherwise, I would remove the mechanism-- lay the cabinet down (if it has a "back door", be SURE, it's locked !!), install new wheels-- Ron Rich
